Book review: Disclosure, by Michael Crichton

Too PC; hasn’t aged well (March 26, 2018)

Starts off poorly, and throughout there is too much “technical” detail — which unfortunately has not aged well. Once it gets going, though, it becomes much better, and the pacing becomes excellent. Only at the end does the dreaded PC spin become obnoxious. Regardless, both the high concept and story themes are typical of Crichton’s work, which is to say that they are thought-provoking and adroitly developed. A nice option if you are looking for a quick read.
